By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by MS3 Technology BD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

When you engage us for professional services:

• Services will be provided according to the agreed scope of work and timeline
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Additional charges may apply for work outside the agreed scope
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
• Deliverables remain our property until full payment is received

• All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the service agreement
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your invoice or agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy as specified in the service agreement

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MS3 TECHNOLOGY BD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MS3 Technology BD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of or access to the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• At your request
• Discontinuance or material modification of the Services
• Unexpected technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
